Wave International BV is the young and dynamic holding of the three largest hairdressing chains in the Netherlands: Cosmo Hairstyling, Team Kapsalon and Hairmaxx. Together, they account for over 200 salons throughout the country.

Of the three chains, Cosmo Hairstyling is the larger one and is in fact market leader. Cosmo targets consumers with a preference for luxury and an interest for fashion and styling. Team Kapsalon, on the other hand, focusses more on quality for a friendly price.

The three franchise formulas are co-ordinated from our head office in Capelle aan den IJssel. Wave International's specialised departments like training, region management, marketing & communications, personnel affairs, and our secretariat are closely involved in supporting our franchisees.

Our approach has proved very successful. Cosmo Hairstyling, Team Kapsalon, as well as Hairmaxx are expanding forcefully and are expected to have no less than 300 establishments by 2010.
